Dr. John Rowlands brings both compassion and a data-driven approach to his practice. With board certification in Anesthesiology and fellowship training in Interventional Pain Management, Dr. Rowlands offers a wealth of knowledge and experience.
After years in anesthesiology, he felt called to interventional pain management, where he could focus on meaningful, lasting results for patients facing complex pain. Dr. Rowlands’ has been recognized as a DE Today Top Doctor for 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024.
Dr. Rowlands’ journey in medicine began with his studies at the University of Notre Dame, followed by medical training at Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia. He completed his residency in anesthesiology at Dartmouth Medical Center, then advanced to a pain management fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania.
